We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Caller to interact with students and parents, provide information about educational programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective learners, and maintaining accurate records.
Make outbound calls to students/parents from provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries related to courses, admissions, fees, and schedules
Explain educational programs, benefits, and career outcomes clearly
Counsel students based on their interests and academic background
Follow up with prospective students to close enrollments
Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM or registers
Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when required
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience in tele calling, education counseling, or sales preferred
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
Ability to convince and build rapport with students and parents
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Full-time (6 days a week)
