🎯 Role Overview

As a Tele Caller – Pre-Sales Executive, you will connect with potential customers, explain project details, qualify leads, and schedule site visits. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are confident communicators and target-driven.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads.

• Introduce and explain residential/commercial real estate projects in Mumbai.

• Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, and timeline.

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details in CRM/software.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

• Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns and property portals.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Provide basic project details such as pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

✅ Eligibility & Requirements (Freshers Welcome)

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati.

• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
