📌 JOB ROLE – TELECALLER (REAL ESTATE)

Position: Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

• Call potential and existing clients and explain our real estate projects.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.

• Regularly follow up with interested and potential clients.

• Build rapport with clients and handle their queries professionally.

• Convert leads into genuine prospects and schedule site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further client handling.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

• Work towards achieving monthly calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Confident and professional approach

• Ability to handle follow-ups consistently

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel

• Previous telecalling/sales experience in real estate will be an advantage.

Primary Goal: Generate qualified leads, convert interested clients, and maximize site visits.
