Full Time/Part Time
Some times you will also have to go to office for Training , meetings etc.
Telecaller Computer Operator
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Some times you will also have to visit office.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Generate Leads through tele calling, social media, email.
Salary payout is received on daily, weekly and monthly
Only day shift - 9-6o clock
Give information of Billing software to customers.
Prepare and email Quotations & make followup.
Show customers how to enter data in the Billing Software and Prints Documents.
Knowledge of Software Installation will be added advantage.
Candidate from Pune, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kalkata, Surat proffered.
