We are looking for a Senior Tele caller to join our team SAMARTHYA FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to borrowers to discuss overdue payments.
2. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
3. Update borrower information and payment history.
4. Maintain professionalism and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
5. DRA Certification is mandatory
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ANY DEGREE and Experience 6MONTHS TO 2 YEARS. Excellent communicator with convincing abilities, customer service orientation, and basic computer knowledge Candidates must be open to 6 DAYS a week during the DAY shift.
