Job Description – Fund Raising Professional (FPP)

We're hiring enthusiastic, committed Female Fundraising Professionals (FPPs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with existing donors and acquire new donors through telecalling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters.

Promote the organization's mission and fundraising initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions.

Compensation

Minimum fixed salary: ₹10,000 per month (without targets).

Performance-based salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on achievement and productivity.

Training & Grooming

Freshers are welcome.

The first three months will be considered a grooming and training period, during which candidates will receive continuous guidance and skill development support.

Employee Benefits

After the first salary withdrawal, candidates will be eligible to avail medical insurance coverage up to ₹10 lakh at a nominal contribution.

Employees will become eligible for Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) benefits upon confirmation of permanent employment.

Eligibility

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply. Age 18-40.
