We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet targets effectively.---Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.Follow up with interested customers and close sales.Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain call records and prepare daily call reports.Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.---Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
