Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Roza Jalalpur Village, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201009, India
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Telecalling in Real Estate preferred)
Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database or leads provided.
Explain real estate projects, features, and benefits to clients over the phone.
Handle inquiries related to property listings and convert them into site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Key Requirements:Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (real estate industry preferred).
Confident with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate terms and customer handling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Must be comfortable working from the office (no remote work).
