Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to interact with customers, generate leads, promote products/services, and handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products or services clearly
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
Maintain customer records and call details
