Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecaller for the automobile sector( Preferd female Candidates) . The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer leads through calls, confirming customer details, and maintaining accurate records. This role does not involve sales or targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Call customers to verify lead details and inquiry information.
· Confirm customer requirements, location, and contact information.
· Maintain accurate records of verified leads in the system.
· Coordinate with internal teams for lead updates and status.
· Handle customer conversations professionally and politely.
· Ensure proper documentation and daily reporting of calls.
· Follow company calling procedures and data privacy guidelines.
Required Skills
· Good communication and listening skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
· Ability to speak clearly and professionally over calls.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in verification.
· Knowledge of CRM/software is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead verification.
· Experience in automobile industry preferred.
· Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
· Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
