Role Overview:
Ritu IVF is looking for a compassionate and well-spoken Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing patients, managing lead follow-ups, and supporting the patient journey from the first interaction. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated through various channels and introduce Ritu IVF’s consultation and treatment services.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients to guide them toward booking consultations.
Attend incoming patient queries and provide accurate information about consultations, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
Understand patient concerns related to fertility and respond with empathy, patience, and sensitivity.
Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule appointments and ensure smooth patient communication.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and patient interactions in the internal system.
Assist in collecting patient testimonials and feedback after successful consultations or treatments.
Provide first-level administrative support when required, including documentation and coordination with internal teams.
Ensure a positive and reassuring experience for patients at every stage of communication.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple patient conversations and maintain accurate records.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or calling tools is preferred.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, patient coordination, healthcare support, or customer service will be an advantage.
Experience in healthcare, IVF clinics, or medical services is a plus.
