Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The role involves handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to potential clients, and supporting the sales team in lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s manufacturing products.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

• Maintain and update customer database and call records regularly.

• Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and orders.

• Coordinate with the sales and production departments to ensure timely communication.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide after-sales support.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or customer service (preferably in the manufacturing sector)

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (preferred)

  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, [Insert Time if specific, e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM]
