We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services, handling customer queries, and conducting regular follow-ups.

Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Catering, or Food Service will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.

• Explain company services and offerings clearly to prospective clients.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

• Maintain professional communication with customers and prospects.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: Fresher to 1 Year.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and email.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
