Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers based on leads or databases to promote products/services.
Inbound Handling: Managing incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries, resolve complaints, or process orders.
Lead Qualification: Asking relevant questions to determine a prospect's interest and eligibility, and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.
Record Keeping: Updating call logs and customer databases in CRM software accurately.
Target Achievement: Working consistently to hit daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales quotas.
Essential Requirements
