Radha Solar Solutions is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell residential solar solutions by connecting with potential customers over phone calls. The role involves explaining solar benefits, generating leads, and supporting the sales closure process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Explain solar rooftop systems, benefits, pricing & savings clearly
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits/appointments
Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the field sales team for closures
