We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team RP Infotel. The role involves outcalling the customer, inform about there outstanding loan and convince them to make the payment either online or by visiting the bank. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of 13000 to 20000 depending on experience and incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

Outcall & convince customer to clear his outstanding loan.
Communicate with relevant teams for necessary follow up & updation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
