Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person interactions.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.

• Assist in customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.

• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards.
