Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude while speaking with customers.
Explain products, services, offers, or processes clearly.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
Achieve assigned call, quality, and customer-service targets.
Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
