Job Description:

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, interact with clients, and assist in converting inquiries into consultations for legal services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries

• Handle inbound calls and explain legal services offered by the firm

• Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates

• Maintain accurate client records and call logs

• Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly

• Coordinate with the legal team for client requirements

• Ensure professional and confidential handling of client information

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language

• Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette

• Ability to convince and build rapport with clients

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)

• Willingness to learn basic legal service processes

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales

• Female/Male candidates both can apply

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
