Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to contribute to our company’s sales and customer support operations. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, generating leads and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services or generate leads.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.

• Maintain customer databases and update contact information accurately in the CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales effectively.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
