Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Prime Gold Realty Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Real Estate. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Explain ongoing real estate projects to clients

• Generate and qualify genuine property leads

• Follow up with interested customers regularly

• Coordinate and schedule site visits for sales team

• Maintain proper client database and daily follow-up records

• Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets

• Build good relationships with clients and maintain professional communication

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3+ years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the day shift.
