• Make outbound calls to clients/candidates as per provided data

• Handle basic inquiries related to job opportunities

• Maintain proper call records and update data regularly

• Follow up with candidates as instructed

• Provide accurate information in a polite and professional manner

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Must)

• Basic understanding of English (not mandatory to be fluent)

• Confident speaking ability and polite behavior

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Data Entry)

• हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत (अनिवार्य)

• अंग्रेजी की बेसिक समझ (फ्लुएंट होना जरूरी नहीं)

• आत्मविश्वास के साथ बात करने की क्षमता

• बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (MS Excel / Data Entry)
