• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Front desk handling and visitor coordination

• Call handling and appointment scheduling
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
• Customer interaction and query handling
• Lead follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, data entry)
• Appointment scheduling and record maintenance
• Target-oriented and service-focused approach
• Professional attitude and teamwork skills

Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
