As a Telecaller at PRATYAYA Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our startup and business consulting services, and generating qualified leads. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and supporting entrepreneurs who want to start or grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with interested leads until conversion.

• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales/business development team.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet).

• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve queries.
