Job Title: Telecaller – IT Sales/Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our IT products and services. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, following up with clients, and supporting the sales or customer service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain IT products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

• Provide basic information about services like software, apps, websites, etc.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and redirect technical questions to the appropriate teams.

• Maintain call logs, feedback, and status reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic understanding of IT services (web development, software, digital marketing, etc.).

• Ability to persuade and handle objections.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Confidence and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in IT, software, or services.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
