Job Title: Telecaller – Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services

Location: Pune (In-person)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Reporting To: General Manager/Admin

Job Overview:

Calida Psychiatric Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Telecaller to support client engagement and outreach in Pune. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communication with prospective and existing clients, providing accurate information about rehabilitation services, and ensuring a professional and empathetic client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls/messages from prospective clients, existing clients, and their families

- Provide clear and empathetic information about rehabilitation programs, treatment plans, and associated costs

- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments with healthcare professionals

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems

- Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and client engagement metrics

- Collaborate with management to develop call scripts and improve communication strategies

- Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity when handling patient-related information

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Additional certification in customer service, healthcare, or communication (preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of total work experience (required)

- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred)

- Prior exposure to healthcare, rehabilitation, or counseling environments is an advantage

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory)

- Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets
