Key Responsibilities

Customers ko phone calls ke madhyam se company ki services ke baare mein jankari dena.

Incoming aur outgoing calls handle karna.

Customer queries aur complaints ko professionally resolve karna.

Leads generate karna aur follow-up calls karna.

Appointment scheduling aur service booking mein sahayata karna.

Customer data aur call records maintain karna.

Sales aur customer support team ke saath coordinate karna.

Required Skills

Hindi mein achhi communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).

Professional aur positive attitude.

Customer handling aur convincing skills.

Team ke saath kaam karne ki kshamata.
