Hiring: Female Customer Dealing Executive

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM / 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Gender: Female Candidates Only

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through Justdial and other online platforms.

• Call customers and understand their shifting requirements.

• Explain our packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and household shifting services.

• Prepare and share quotations with customers.

• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the shifting process.

• After booking confirmation, stay in regular contact with the customer from pickup until the household goods reach the final destination.

• Provide customers with necessary updates regarding their shifting and delivery.

• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.

• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and confirmed bookings.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating through WhatsApp.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.

• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and confidence.

• Responsible, polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Salary & Benefits

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
