Roles and Responsibilities
•To source clients to open Demat accounts with Pocketful through the open market,
•Activate Demat & Trading accounts by providing product demonstrations.
•Greet and guide customers to the appropriate channels based on their service needs.
•Develop an understanding of the available products/services to answer customer queries and share brochures/forms with them.
•Maintain a list of FAQs and proactively resolve customer queries.
•Promote Demat & Trading accounts on Pocketful’s digital platforms and guide customers through the process. Share information about new products available on digital channels.
•Cross-sell other products as directed from time to time.
•Ensure monthly sales and business targets are achieved.
Requirements and Skills
•Graduate/Post Graduate
•Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
•Good communication skills
•Ability to understand requirements of prospects
