Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls / handle inbound customer calls
Explain company products or services clearly to customers
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Maintain call records and customer data
Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Skills Required:
Fluent speaking ability
Soft-spoken with a polite and professional tone
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and persuasive on calls
Basic computer knowledge

Full-time (Day shift)
