Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closures.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: Freshers preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be an added advantage).

• Should be comfortable working in an office environment.
