We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to handle banking and loan-related processes. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding loan follow-ups, collections, and service-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for loan follow-ups and payment reminders
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to banking/loans
Explain loan details, repayment schedules, and policies to customers
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the management
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during calls
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
Experience in telecalling, banking, or collections is an added advantage
