We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or close sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to customers or attend inbound calls
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Follow up on leads and maintain customer interest
Answer customer queries politely
Maintain call records and update customer details
Achieve daily/weekly call and target goals
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam – as required)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle rejection calmly
Freshers are welcome
Experience in telecalling or sales
Convincing and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
