Job Title: Tellecaller

Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive Tellecaller to connect with prospective students, parents, and institutions for our education institution. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls

- Provide information about courses, admissions, and fees

- Generate leads and follow up with prospects

- Update database and track call records

- Meet targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales/education

- Basic computer knowledge

- Fluency in English and local languages (preferred)
