Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and site visits.

• Explain project details and guide customers through the buying process.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.

• Passion for sales and customer service.

• Two-wheeler and driving licence are an added advantage.
