1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with experience in the Fire Safety Door / Construction / Building Material industry will be preferred.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.

2. Promote and sell company products, including Fire Rated Doors and related products.

3. Visit customers, builders, contractors, architects, consultants and project sites.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

5. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and negotiate with customers.

6. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

7. Coordinate with the production, design and installation teams.

8. Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection.

9. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer databases.

10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email and basic computer operations.

• Ability to generate leads and close sales.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
