Nidan Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Team Members to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, coordinating home visit appointments, promoting health packages, executing bulk marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate records through regular file and sheet updates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound & Outbound Calling:
Handle incoming calls from customers with efficiency and professionalism.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, feedback collection, and service promotion.
Address customer inquiries regarding services, health packages, appointments, and test results.
2. Home Visit Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate home visit services for diagnostic tests and health checkups.
Confirm appointment details with patients and ensure service readiness.
3. Health Package Promotion:
Provide information on various health packages available.
Upsell suitable packages based on customer needs.
Track and follow up on interested leads to drive conversions.
4. Bulk Marketing:
Assist in executing bulk WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Update contact lists and ensure database accuracy for campaigns.
Track responses and maintain lead generation records.
5. Sheet and File Updates:
Regularly update call logs, customer databases, and appointment schedules in Excel
Maintain organized digital files for easy access and reporting.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
NOTE: Team members may be assigned to different projects or asked to contribute to new initiatives. These changes will be aligned with the company’s current priorities and operational needs.
