Job Summary

VGM Consultants Limited is hiring Gujarati-speaking Collection Executives for its Home Loan Collection process. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding pending home-loan payments, following up on overdue accounts, and achieving collection targets through professional customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers regarding pending/overdue home-loan payments.

• Follow up with customers for EMI payments and outstanding dues.

• Communicate payment details and assist customers with suitable payment options.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update collection status.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments professionally.

• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.

• Follow company policies and professional collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Collection experience

• Experience in Home Loan / Loan Collection / Banking / NBFC / BFSI Collections will be preferred.

• Gujarati speaking is mandatory.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Candidates should be comfortable working with collection targets.

Salary

Gujarati-speaking candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 in-hand per month

Working Details

• Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 days

• Week Off: 1 rotational week off

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Mode: Work from Office

• Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
