ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided database/leads.
Explain National Banking Academy courses, features, fees, and placement support clearly.
Generate quality leads and schedule campus visits or counselling sessions.
Follow up with interested students and parents to close admissions.
Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM/register.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets.
Handle student queries professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with Academic Counselors and Admissions Team.
Maintain confidentiality of student and institute data.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate (any stream preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Confident, polite, and convincing telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets preferred).
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage.
