Collection Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly payment recovery and portfolio targets.
Promise to Pay (PTP) Conversion: Successfully convert overdue accounts into concrete PTP commitments and ensure those promises are honored on time.
Compliance & Ethics: Adhere 100% to RBI (Reserve Bank of India) ethical debt collection guidelines and company call quality standards.
Database Accuracy: Log clear disposition codes and update detailed customer interaction records in the company's CRM or debt software.
Escalation Rate: Identify uncooperative debtors and route complex or chronic default cases to the legal or field recovery team. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
