Position: Telecaller – Real Estate

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore

Experience: 1–2 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)

Salary: n25,000 – n30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Preferred Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers with real estate experience who can confidently handle customer interactions, generate leads, and provide excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Explain property details, pricing and project features.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with customers.

• Maintain CRM/Excel records.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and either Telugu or Tamil (Mandatory).

• 1–2 years of Real Estate telecalling experience.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• MS Excel / CRM knowledge.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Preferred Profile

• Female candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
