Make outbound calls to patients, corporates, clinics, and referral sources
Explain hospital services, health packages, OPD/IPD facilities, and offers
Handle inbound patient queries professionally
Generate leads and convert them into appointments/admissions
Follow up with patients for consultations, procedures, and health checkups
Maintain accurate call records and patient details
Coordinate with hospital front desk, doctors, and marketing team
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
