Telecaller Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and generate sales or leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain company products or services clearly.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Persuasive and convincing ability.
Active listening skills.
Fluency in local language(s) and basic English (preferred).
Qualifications
Minimum: High school diploma (12th pass).
Graduation is an added advantage.
