Telecaller

Morbitaa Buildmart is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads/sales

• Maintain proper records of calls and customer data

• Follow up with customers for conversions and updates

• Provide accurate information about tiles and related products

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)

• Confident speaking and convincing ability

• Fresher and experienced both can apply

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
  

Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Working Hours:

• Full-time (09 AM to 6.30 PM)
