Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Tele sales Executive at METROTEL in Kolkata. The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales calls, pitching products or services to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
10+2 is mandatory
Fluency in Hindi and Bengali (Knowledge of other regional language is a plus)
