Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Amrapali Centurian Park, Amrapali Dream Valley, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201318
Experience: 0–2 years (Real estate experience preferred)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident telecaller to handle client calls, explain project details, and support the sales team. The role is primarily office-based calling and follow-ups, but the candidate should be open to traveling when required for work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call fresh and existing leads from CRM and portals

• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

• Do regular follow-ups with interested buyers

• Maintain lead records and daily call reports

• Handle WhatsApp and SMS queries

• Coordinate with team and management

• Be available for occasional local site visits and out-of-station travel for business meetings, events, or project work when required

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Hindi and basic English

• Confident and polite on calls

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

• Strong follow-up skills

• Team coordination ability

• Willingness to travel out of station when required for official meetings

Working Hours:
10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per company policy)

Salary:
Fixed salary + incentives (as per performance)
