ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements

• Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services

• Responsible for the upkeep of the retail

• Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations

• Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet and keeping it operational during functional hours

• Striving to achieve set revenue targets

• Ensure profile completeness of registered customers

• Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements
