Job వివరణ

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to join our team Marker Resources Management to assist in hiring and coordinating blue-collar employees. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, explaining job roles, and scheduling interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential candidates from the provided database to explain job openings.
Verify candidate details such as experience, location, and availability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring managers.
Maintain a basic record of daily calls and interested candidates.
Follow up with candidates to ensure they reach the interview location on time.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi (and local language if applicable), basic phone etiquette, and a polite manner.
Salary: ₹15,000 / 18,000 per month.
Working Days: 6 days a week. Sunday Fixed Off
