Telecaller

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, handle order bookings, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to existing orders (status, dispatch, delivery timelines, etc.)

• Take new orders (including bhaji boxes and other products) accurately over phone calls

• Handle enquiry calls and convert potential leads into confirmed orders

• Conduct follow-up and feedback calls with existing customers to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

• Provide prompt, polite, and effective customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales support

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred)

• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call handling systems)

• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
