• Meet key performance metrics,s including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 0. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6-day work week during the Day shift.
